1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be received at least 30 days before your arrival date.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, or approved payment platforms.
• Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment upfront.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

3. Modifications

• Date changes are allowed up to 21 days before check-in, subject to availability.
• Any price differences due to seasonal rates or upgrades will be the responsibility of the guest.

4. Package Inclusions

The package includes:

• 7 nights in a hillside cabin at Lush Marigot or similar accommodation
• Daily breakfast, couples massage, welcome token
• Professional photoshoot
• Rum distillery and chocolate workshop tours
• Sulphur springs and waterfall excursion
• Gros Islet Street Party and shopping tour
• Round-trip airport transfers in a luxury vehicle

All inclusions are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar experience in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Exclusions

• Airfare to and from Saint Lucia
• Lunches, dinners, snacks, and alcoholic beverages unless otherwise specified
• Personal expenses, souvenirs, and optional activities not included in the package

6. Travel Insurance

• Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and lost belongings.

7. Health & Safety

• All activities adhere to local health and safety standards.
• Guests are responsible for informing us of any medical or dietary restrictions in advance.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, flight disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

9. Liability

• Participation in excursions and activities is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
• We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages not directly caused by our negligence.
